1. TF VII Sandwich Panel Line can produce five types of sandwich panels totally, three for wall panel, two for roof panel.
2. This line mainly consists of feeding unit, uncoiler, feeding guide, roll forming machine, cutter, automatic stacker, hydraulic system and electric control system etc.
Features of Sandwich Panel
1. Polystyrene Sandwich Panel is also called EPS Sandwich Panel, whose up & down surface is galvanized & pre-painted steel sheets, core material is Polystyrene.
2. The panel is formed by laminating and pressing with 2 components PU glue.
3. It delivers temperature keeping, heat & sound insulation, anti-water and fire resistance.
4. The sandwich panel is widely used as the wall or roof for cold storage, industrial workshop, public building etc.
