Cutting Line

Descriptions of Cutting Line:
1. Cutting & slitting line is used to make the steel coil to be un-coiler, cut-to-length shear, and re-coiler. Then the coil is changed into standard coils with the requirement length.
2. This cutting line is fit for machining cold carbon roll steel and hot carbon roll steel, tin, stainless steel and many metal plated coils.
3. Whole line is controlled by PLC, with machine screen display, high automatic operation, convenient to operate.

Components of Cutting Line:
This line consists of un-coiler car, un-coiler, leveler, feeding device, transfer system, stacker, etc.
